Quick lists

Designed and developed at the suggestion of our customers, quick lists are a great new feature available on your day page.

For all of those teachers who rely, day to day, on lists to keep themselves organised and on track quick lists are a boon.

Quick lists

available on every page Monday to Friday from the drop-down menus.
make up to four separate lists. For example you may want a general to-do list, a separate list for that meeting, perhaps a pupil list for the trip out of school and maybe even a shopping list for on the way home.
each list can be individually named.
lists are carried forward day to day when you save them.
items on a list can be given a deadline date and a priority level.
lists can be sorted by priority level, high to low.
when the item is "done" you can change the status so that you can clearly see that the entry has been completed or you can "clear it from the list altogether.
each list has space for fifteen separate items.
