Now with Traffic Lighting
The Marks Book is a hugely popular feature available only in the Teachers Planner advanced version.
Sticking to a strict design criteria the Marks Book is so easy to use and is full of time saving features, like our new Traffic Lighting which allows you to conditionally format.
To save you time a section for each class you teach is automatically set up for you. This is done when you create your new planner by entering your timetable for the year to come.
Each class starts with an initial marks sheet. You can then personally add up to four more sheets for every class. This means that you can separate homeworks, class tests, mock exams etc...
As another time-saving feature pupil name-lists can be copied from excel spreadsheets or imported from your planner registration pages. Saving you lots of time having to re-enter names.
Columns can be added which will quickly calculate percentages for you. It will even rank pupils (where appropriate).
As more and more teachers adopt "Afl" (assessment for learning) strategies, the ability to quickly format your marks book for green, amber and red colours, both saves you time and highlights success.
