Lesson Summary (scheme of work done)
The lesson summary page provides you with an easy way to view lesson plans, homework and resources which you have entered into your daily planner; class by class, day by day through the year.
Automatically; an easy to read, row by row, table is created where any lesson plan information you have entered into your planner is displayed. The table is in date order and numbers every lesson for every class. You can even edit and update these lesson plans in the Lesson Summary view and these updates will instantly be sent back to the appropriate diary page.
A further blank column entitled Review invites you to reflect and make notes on a lesson. Incredibly useful for future planning and keeping your teaching practice up-to-date.
The default display shows all the lesson plans, homework and resources information for a whole year. You can then use the drop-down menus to show the summary for different classes and to customise the display. For example to limit the dates you wish to view.
You may also:
view a different class using the classes menu.
change the dates for which lesson summaries are displayed.
hide columns on the display using the view menu to give extra space and make the screen easier to read.
you can even change the width of individual columns.
Remember to use the file menu to save any information you have entered on this page.
Your print options are also available from the file menu.
